Indoors

The villa can accomodates 12 guests in six bedrooms, each one of them furnished to excellent standards, in a elegant contemporary style with king size beds, blackout curtains, air conditioning and TV.
The master bedroom is emmensely spacious with indoor bathroom and an outdoor shower, as well as a safe for your valuable belongings. THe second master room with unparalleled sea views has a bathroom with bath and shower, and a dressing room. Two other bedrooms have charming outdoor bathrooms, one of them with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the ocean. One bedroom has impecable sea vie and indoor bathroom. The last cozy bedroom has an indoor bathroom too. In the true spirit of Ibiza, each room has been decorated in subtle tones of white, beige and ivory. 
The spacious living room has minimalist décor and two separate seating areas, one large screen TV and a fireplace. The indoor bar has a wine cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped. 
The gym is equipped with Technogym apparel. 


Outdoors

The property is surrounded by typical Medirerranean vegetation, with ancient olive trees and imposiing Mediterranean pines. The villa's patio has a swimming pool with lougers around it. The lounge terrace has impressive views and the best sunsets on the island can be admired from this point of view. 
A fully equiped barbecue area is at the guests' disposal, on the grounds leading to the sea, with a table for 18 guests. An ajoupas for meditation or peaceful naps is on the path leading to the ocean. 
A free private parking is also available.


Location

The villa is situated 25 km from Ibiza town, 10 km from San Josep and San Antoni harbour. The airport is 30 min drive away. Coffeeshop and newsstand 5 min away.
