Room 3
Room, view of the garden. The bedroom has 4 Beds including 2 twin beds, 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, closet.

Note: bedroom 3 can be equipped with two or four single beds as required. 


Indoors 

The interior invites you to relax and enjoy. The spacious lounge features two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and an integrated sound system. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen will delight gourmets. The living space extends harmoniously to the pool area, thanks to large bay windows, integrating the outdoors with the indoors. 


Outdoors 

Take advantage of the swimming pool, surrounded by parasols and sun loungers to soak up the Iberian sun. The outdoor dining area (for eight people) allows you to enjoy your meals while admiring the view of the surrounding countryside.
There is also private parking.

The villa is located in the peaceful and attractive area of San Rafael. Just minutes from the charming village of Santa Gertrudis, renowned for its shops, restaurants and bohemian ambience, the house is also close to the breathtaking beaches for which Ibiza is famous. This central location makes it easy to explore the island and its hidden treasures. Having a car is recommended to maximise your experience and easily discover all that the island has to offer.
