The living room, which provides access to the porch and the main garden with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, seamlessly blends into a spacious kitchen incorporating an exterior space perfect for enjoying delicious meals. The villa has a large dining room bathed in natural light from large windows that offer an impressive view of the main garden. For convenience, each room is equipped with modern features, including a Smart HD TV with international channels in all rooms, air conditioning and a sound system.
Outdoors
The landscaping, a true focal point of the property, offers a piece of paradise to spend unforgettable moments with family and friends. These outdoor spaces include relaxation areas with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with a bar and a beautiful oasis-shaped swimming pool (10m x 4m) offering breathtaking sea views.
Staff & Services
The rental of the villa includes daily cleaning service, from Monday to Friday, where 2 cleaning ladies are present during each intervention, between 2 and 4 hours dependind on the demand. It also includes a series of services available for an extra cost such as a private driver, massages, a private chef or even a welcome service at the airport.
Location
The property is ideally located halfway between picturesque Cala d'Hort, known for its stunning view of the island of Es Vedra, and Sa Caleta beach, surrounded by reddish cliffs and housing an ancient Phoenician settlement. Nearby you will also find Ses Boques, an ideal place for a relaxing beach day and seaside lunch. The villa is not far from the airport (25 min), Ibiza (30 min), the village of Es Cubells (5 min), Cala Llentrisca beach (10 min) and Cala d'Hort beach (15 min).
