Eivissa, Ibiza’s downtown, shelters in its center one of the most impressive and iconic cathedrals of the White Isle. At the very top of Dalt Vila, this gothic cathedral comes from the XIIIth century. Enjoy a stroll along the labyrinthine alleys which rise until this sumptuous cathedral. Inside, find outstanding artworks such as a gothic monstrance in silver-gilt from the XIVth century. To finish off the day, admire a breathtaking view on all the bay from the lookout.
For more than 40 years, the restaurant Cas Pagés provides typical dishes of the island. Well-known by local people, this restaurant is not to be missed, especially if you visit Ibiza in winter. Indulge the succulent meat of this famous house. Be careful, the restaurant tends to become full quickly, particularly for lunches and during weekends. As everyone knows, Ibiza is full of small beaches on which we love to sunbathe during summer days. However, in winter, the empty beaches give way to a new show: sunsets. When the sun goes down, sit by a creek and admire the rainbow of colours. Among the beaches that are most famous for sunsets, we recommend you Cala d’Hort or Las Puertas del Cielo.
