The menu is orchestrated by renowned Michelin star chef Ricardo Sanz de Kabuki, who is said to be one of the chefs with the greatest contribution to Spanish gastronomy. His menu at Zela offers a combination of Japanese and Mediteranean food, with exotic flavours. Their second restaurant is named Tatel and offers the concept of Spanish fine dining with a touch of retro glamour from the roaring 20’s. This extravagant restaurant is located in the stylish Hard Rock Hotel, in the Playa d’En Bossa, and has an exclusive entry to the Ushuaia club.
