Combining elegance and modernity, the interiors boast generous living spaces. The light-filled lounge has a cosy fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The contemporary kitchen, with its central island and bar stools, is an invitation to conviviality. A sophisticated dining area can accommodate up to 10 guests, while modern conveniences such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure optimum comfort.
A discreet laundry room completes the facilities.


Outdoors 

Step out of the living room through the patio doors and you're straight into the outdoor oasis, a perfectly manicured garden with lawns, terraces and ancient trees. The private swimming pool (10 x 4.5 metres) is lined with comfortable sun loungers.
An outdoor dining area with barbecue and kitchenette allows you to enjoy meals al fresco. Breathtaking sea and countryside views from the surrounding area add to the charm and serenity of the setting.


Staff & Services

Cleaning of communal areas (4 hours) in the middle of your stay is included in the rental price. Cleaning at the end of your stay is not included.
When you leave, you must dispose of your rubbish. If this is not done, a supplement will be added to the end-of-stay cleaning charge.

Ideally located 15 minutes from the famous town of Ibiza and just 20 minutes from the airport, Casa Del Murmuro offers easy access to the island's treasures. The villa is the perfect base for exploring Santa Eulalia or the pristine beaches of Cala Llonga and Talamanca. The east coast, renowned for its picturesque coves such as Aguas Blancas, invites you to explore and enjoy yourself. Santa Eulalia itself has a lively promenade and plenty of shops and restaurants.
